White Rabbit Kids in Wiloughby hosts two events for children while school is out.

On Dec. 23, kids of all ages are invited to make a mess and get sprinkled on Cookie Decorating Day, according to a press release. There will be an entire hour devoted to cookie decorating, as everyone gets four plain sugar cookies in different shapes and sizes to decorate with icing, sprinkles, and more!

To reduce waste, the organizers recommend bringing a food container from home to transport the cookies.

Times are 1:30pm to 2:30pm or 3:00pm to 4:00pm. The cost is $12 and pre-registration is required.

Then there will be a New Year’s Eve dance party for children aged 5 and older on December 30 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Hot chocolate and popcorn are served while parents dance, play and guide their children through some activities.

The costs are 5 euros and pre-registration is required.
