Rumor has it iPhone 15 Ultra design changes, Apple Podcast and App Awards, plus social media alternatives, and pending iOS 16.2, all on the AppleInsider Podcast.
This week Apple released iOS 16.1.2 with fixes for carriers and collision detection, but we know there’s a lot more to come. There is still no sign, for example, of Apple Music Classic, or Pay Apple Later. Exceptionally, there are these features and many more promised for 2022 but possibly awaiting an iOS 16.2 update.
Speaking of waiting, we all have plenty of time before the release of the anticipated iPhone 15 Ultra, but this week there were rumors about its design. Some rumors confirm what’s already likely, like EU-required USB-C charging and a periscope camera that’s been talked about for years.
