GPD responded to Country Lane apartments for a servant. A warrant for the arrest of Robert Oliveras Rodriguez, 35, of Geneseo, has been sought in Geneseo Village Court for criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and harassment.

GPD provided court security for the Geneseo Village Court.

GPD responded to Church Street for a funeral escort.

GPD has charged Robert Oliveras Rodriguez, 35, of Geneseo with a warrant for criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and harassment. GPD was assisted by the sheriff’s office. Mr. Oliveras Rodriguez was located in Mount Morris and transported to the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) for arraignment on the warrant. Mr. Oliveras Rodriguez was also charged with grand larceny for an alleged robbery at the Walmart supercenter in November where he allegedly stole more than $1,300 worth of merchandise.

GPD accused Jeannette Rivera-Cosme, 31 of Geneseo, NY, of providing a false written statement to an officer.

GPD responded to Geneseo Heights Apartments for a reported kidnapping. Armaan Garcha, 19, of Geneseo, NY, is charged with falsely reporting an incident. It is alleged that Mr. Garcha falsely reported that he was kidnapped at gunpoint.
