00:41 Information: CHP. Calling 911, speaking Spanish. Caller distraught, unable to interpret her urgency, caller advised she is in a green Toyota Tacoma, rapid deployment ping the vehicle is moving rapidly north on Hwy 99, being transferred to Tehama County Sheriffs.
1:57 p.m. Suspicious Circumstances on Sixth Av. Transfer from Chico Police Department: Reporting party says his mother called a white, bald adult male in a black hoodie and black pants, attempting to gain access through the front door. The reporting party is the owner and is en route from Chico. Unable to locate area check; the woman indicated that it was an ongoing problem and requested an additional patrol.
3:58 p.m. Citizen attends, asks officer to respond to location, believes satellites are attacking him, information/resources provided to reporting party. Nothing more was asked.
5:48 p.m. Animal Call on Fourth St. Request for a call back regarding the theft of a litter of puppies handed over to animal control.
11:24 p.m. Animal Call on Woodson Av. reports neighbors moved out two weeks ago but left the dog at the residence. The declaring party states that the dog cried and barked at night on a chain.

12:24 a.m. A break-in occurred at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Adobe Rd. The male subject keeps coming back to the hotel and making statements to the reporting party that what the reporting party is doing is illegal.
00:41 Battery on Douglass Street. The subjects give his son alcohol and drugs. The reporting party states that the subjects are trying to fight the people she came to the residence with to get her son back.
02:26 Battery at St Elizabeth’s Hospital on Sister Mary Columba Dr. . ER subject reporting an assault that occurred at Egg Roll King several hours ago.
3:28 a.m. Disturbance on Lincoln St. Two men in the ally yelled at each other to find out who had set the fire. The reporting party stated that there was no fire to her knowledge and that the subjects had been arguing for an hour and she believed they were HBD. The reporting party said they were in the backyard of a house next to Johnson and could be seen in the driveway between Johnson and Lincoln and between Chipman and Breckenridge.
12:01 p.m. Vandalism at Walmart Supercenter on Luther Rd. Reports that his vehicle was vandalized while parked at the indicated location.
2:15 p.m. Juvenile Problem d at Highpoint Assembly Of God on Luther Rd. Reports that a group of miners claiming the party hadn’t seen before gathered near their concession stand, accessing data near the baseball diamond.
2:19 p.m. Flight to Walmart Supercenter on Luther Rd. Loss of unspecified goods without witnesses possessed by teenagers who then left for Raleys.
3:31 p.m. Flight to Walmart Supercenter on Luther Rd. Claims to have had a person “in custody” for theft. The reporting party then said the person left, leaving the Nintendo console they were trying to steal behind. .
3:38 p.m. Property found occurred on Washington St. Reports of a walking trail leading to Reeds Creek at the south end of Washington st. The reporting party found a newer bike covered in leaves.
8:23 p.m. Flight to Walmart Supercenter on Luther Rd. A middle-aged white adult male with a beard, black hat, gray puffy jacket and dark pants has just pushed a cart full of sporting goods out of the store towards Raleys.
10:53 p.m. Welfare check performed at Americas Best Value Inn on S Main St. Female subject called 911 said he was trying to activate his phone and pressed the wrong button. Subject provided a different location than where the phone line was forwarded.
