The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 concluded a full year of achievement for Aspetar, as the facility provided comprehensive medical services to sports stars, led by highly qualified medical staff, who were praised by the various participating countries and FIFA guests. Aspetar was the only sports medicine healthcare facility providing athlete services to the 32 visiting teams, team delegations and FIFA VIPs. Aspetar’s services during the World Cup were characterized by three main elements. More than 120 MRIs were performed throughout the tournament.
